Mobile→WebRTC edge; media plane→agent workers; application→AI providers; application→environment APIs; research agent→open web; officer participant→sensitive room/case; ingestion→published authority. Each boundary requires authentication, minimization, schema validation, timeouts/circuit breakers and audit.

Minimization

External providers receive only sanitized transcript, selected frames or explicit stills, minimum crop/environment context and pseudonymous IDs unless an approved deployment class permits more. Continuous raw video must not be forwarded to a reasoning provider by default.
