Field officer
The officer sees original and normalized transcript, selected live frames, room timeline, context, evidence, alternatives, policy results and the reason for escalation. They may approve, edit, reject, request evidence, reassign, visit/call or close.
Agronomist
Handles difficult, contradictory, high-risk and evaluation cases; approves gold-standard labels; reviews error clusters; helps set thresholds and treatment-rule interpretations.
Knowledge administrator
Submits documents, assigns metadata, coordinates agricultural/regulatory approval, checks ingestion quality and publishes/withdraws versions.
Programme administrator
Controls pilot cohorts, districts/crops, models/providers, research policy, retention, dashboards, roles and kill switches.
