Environmental cache
Store source, spatial resolution, observation/retrieval time, expiry and uncertainty. Terrain may cache by dataset version; weather expires quickly.
Satellite
Vegetation/moisture/crop-mask signals can support analysis but are not diagnoses. Record cloud cover, resolution and revisit interval.
